NEXT is hiring for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning and managing lead generation campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal design and production teams to create lead generation creatives.
• Help develop creative ideas and campaign concepts for different markets.
• Communicate and coordinate with external design agencies.
• Coordinate with external lead generation agencies and support ongoing campaigns.
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing and lead generation activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing is required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
• Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing.
• Fluent in Georgian and English or Russian.
